2012 Registration is OPEN for all players. Click here to register.  Act now space is limited. 

Register in person at the Framingham Elks Lodge 450 Union Ave from 9am to 1pm on Saturday April 28th.

Completed registration includes:

1.     Online registration
2.     Doctor’s note signed with date of  2012  or have your physician fill out the doctors note found on line in the documents section
3.     Paid registration fee of $195 for 1st child , $140 for 2nd child, 3 or more is $110 for each additional child.
4.    Original birth certificate (to be returned at end of season) 
5.    Signed Liability Waiver form.
6.    Final report card from school.
